Our Philosophy
Our mission is to provide legal services to our clients with the highest degree of client satisfaction in the markets we serve.
Our first principle is client confidentiality. We are bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Stated simply, this means that almost anything a client, or potential client communicates with us or our staff, is strictly confidential.
The second principle in our office is communication. Our goal is that every email is replied to, and every phone call is returned within twenty-four hours.
Lastly, we follow the principle that the client is in charge. As a lawyer, we have the tools and knowledge to assist you in your legal issue. It's our job to be able to properly inform you on different courses of action, the risks involved, and possible outcomes. It's our purpose to keep you informed, and always allow you to make the final decision when pursuing legal action.
